Guests will have the unique opportunity to meet and dine with Al DeRose, the talented winemaker of Viña Los Chanchitos. Born and raised in San Jose, Al DeRose joined the family winemaking business with the founding of DeRose Vineyards in 1988. His adventurous spirit led him to central Chile, where he has served as the consulting winemaker at Viña Los Chanchitos since 2020. Nestled in the Santa Ana area of the Colchagua Valley, the winery is perfectly situated for cultivating both white and red grapes comparable to those of the renowned Rhône wine region.
